It's our 13th week of school, we have a jammed packed week full of fun Thanksgiving activities. Thank you in advance to those of you who are volunteering or helping to provide items for our Feast on Wednesday! I'm looking forward to another GREAT week!
Wednesday, November 16th: Feast Day
Both second grade classes will be participating in a feast day to honor the celebration of the first Thanksgiving. A reminder email will be sent out for those who are helping to provide items, the Feast begins at 2:00 p.m. in our classrooms!
NO SCHOOL: November 21-25
In observance of Thanksgiving, there will be no school for students on these days, enjoy the holiday!
Christmas Around the World Project
Students will be given directions/rubric for this project after returning from the Thanksgiving holiday, details to come!
The following are our spelling words and homework for the week:
We have an assessment week in Language Arts, no spelling words or test on Friday!
Monday: Spelling- Practice Page, Math- 4.5, Reading-15 minutes
Tuesday: Spelling-Practice Page, Math- 4.6, Reading- 15 minutes
Wednesday: Spelling-Practice Page, Math- 4.7, Reading-15 minutes
Thursday: Spelling- Practice Page, Math- 4.8, Reading- 15 minutes
Friday: Reading- 15 minutes
