Hello Families! We will be rounding out our year this week and concluding most of our academic work! This will be the last week for nightly homework, reading, math facts and spelling test. A few reminders:

NO SCHOOL: Monday, May 27

There will be no school in observance of Memorial Day. Enjoy the three day weekend, see you Tuesday!

Spring Carnival: Friday, May 31, 5:00- 8:00 p.m.

We hope you can come for the carnival on Friday, there will be a lot of fun games, delicious food, and prizes! Parents, it would be great if you could volunteer for a 1/2 hour time slot to help with the carnival. You can volunteer by signing up on the TLCS website! See you there!

Hello Families and Friends! Here's what we have going on for this week:

4th Quarter Character Trait Chapel: Monday, May 20, 2:25 p.m.

Our final character trait chapel will be in Monschke Hall on Monday. Which means we have gym at 9:00 a.m.  Congratulations to the following students who will be recognized:

May 13- May 17

Hi Everyone! It's hard to believe that we only have 18 days of school left until summer vacation and boy do we have a lot to do! Here are a few events for the week:

Thank you to all who participated in the luncheon for Teacher Appreciation week, we all felt so special and cared for! Also, a huge thank you for all the individual notes and gifts this last week! I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful group of students and families in my class this year, thank you!

Spring Concert: Thursday, May 16: 6:30 p.m.

Our students have been working so hard for our spring concert performance! Please have your child arrive at school by 6:30 p.m. dressed in nice pants or nice jeans with the pre-purchased colored t-shirt (t-shirts will be passed out Wednesday). Students should find their teacher in the hall near the school office. The concert starts at 7:00 p.m. Hope to see you there!

Spring Book Fair: May 16- May 23

Feel free to browse the books on display before or after the spring concert as well as during the following week, the book fair will run until May 23rd.

Minimum Day: Friday, May 17

Students will be dismissed at noon on Friday, May 17. Crosswalk will be available until 6:00 p.m.

Hello Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend enjoying the beautiful weather we've had! Here are a few events for the week:

Monday, May 6: Chapel, Monschke Hall, 2:25 p.m.

All are welcome to attend our K-2 chapel service in the afternoon!

Tuesday, May 7: Field Trip, The Jungle Book

We will leave campus around 10:30 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m. Please remember to pack your student a bag lunch and bring a booster seat if he/she is under 8 years old.

Upcoming: May 17- Minimum Day

Mark your calendars, Friday, May 17th is a minimum day. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m., crosswalk will be available until 6:00 p.m.
