Hello Parents, Families, and Friends! It was wonderful to see most of you at Open House, thank you for coming! This is what we've got planned for the week:
AUCTION!!!
The online auction to raise support for art, library, and technology has already started. You can also join us for the live auction this Friday, March 7th from 6-9 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in the office. We have some great items you can bid on, including a class item that we worked hard to put together!
March Book Order Due: Monday, March 10
Scholastic Book Orders for the month of March will be sent home Monday, March 3rd. If you'd like to purchase books for this month please return the order form to me or place the order on-line before Monday, March 10th, thank you!
In-Class Speech Meet: Tuesday, March 18
We will have our in-class Speech Meet on Tuesday, March 18th. Students need to have their pieces completely memorized and will present their piece to our class and a panel of judges. Please let me know if your child needs another copy of their piece to practice.
We do not have spelling words or a spelling test this week. Because it is an assessment week students will complete Language Arts workbook pages.
Monday: Spelling- LA page, Math- 7.9, Reading- 15 minutes
Tuesday: Spelling- LA page, Math- 7.10, Reading- 15 minutes
Wednesday: Spelling- LA page, Math- 7.11, Reading- 15 minutes
Thursday: Spelling- LA page, Math- 7.12, Reading- 15 minutes
