Hello Families and Friends! We have another fun week planned with some specific Christmas projects we'll be working on. Thank you to all who have been praying for my husband. Brian is at home now recovering and we are thankful that the injuries were not worse!
Here are a few things we'll be involved with this week:
Chapel: Monday, Dec. 10
All are welcome to attend our K-2 chapel, held in Monschke Hall. Chapel begins at 2:25 p.m.!
Jog-A-Thon: Friday, Dec. 14
This Friday is the much anticipated Jog-A-Thon. Second grade (room 831) will be running in the gym from 9:15-9:30 a.m. Come and offer you support and encouragement to your child as they run or feel free to help, hope to see you there!
The following are our spelling words and homework for the week:
dare, care, rare, bear, stair, fair, chair, hair, there, where
Monday: Spelling- 3x each, Math- 4. 6, Reading- 15 minutes
Tuesday: Spelling- 10 sentences, Math- 4.7, Reading- 15 minutes
Wednesday: Spelling- 5 definitions, Math- 4.8, Reading- 15 minutes
Thursday: Spelling- ABC order, Math- 4.9, Reading- 15 minutes
